Let’s Talk Wellbeing

Self-referral service for people aged 16 and over in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (over 18 in Nottingham/Nottinghamshire) that provides assessment and talking therapy treatment for common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), trauma and stress.
